A two-bean speciality Arabica blend with beans from Guatemala grown in the volcanic soils of tropical valleys and coffees from Cerrado Minas Gerais in Brazil. A medium bodied espresso of soft acidity, with a maple syrup sweetness and hints of pecan. As a milk-based coffee, our House Blend presents milk chocolate and toffee flavours ensuring a deliciously smooth coffee. Used in the shop to brew all of our espresso/ristretto based drinks.
We source single origin coffees that we think represent the coffee growing country the best way possible. Single origin coffees are ideal for guest coffees, exploring the world of coffee and impressing your friends and family.

Coffee Subscription Terms and Conditions
Minimum Term: Subscriptions cannot be canceled within the first 3 months. After the minimum term, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming period.
Free Welcome Gift, £5 Discount, and £5 Voucher
1 Welcome Gift: A free welcome gift will be included in the first shipment of your subscription. Subscribers are unable to determine the contents of this gift.
2 £5 Discount: A £5 discount will automatically be applied to the first order of your subscription, when the code: WELCOME5 is applied during sign up. If the code is not entered, we are unable to refund or credit the £5 at a later date.
3 £5 Voucher: Subscribers will receive a £5 voucher via email after completing their first month of subscription. The voucher can be used on future purchases but cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with other offers.
4 You must sign up by 1st February 23:59pm to be eligible for the free gift, discount and £5 voucher.

2. Subscription Overview
The Coffee Subscription Service provides subscribers with recurring deliveries of coffee products as per the chosen plan. Subscribers can select their preferred coffee (beans or ground) and will receive a minimum of one 250g House Blend, and one 250g Guest Coffee per month, and can cancel or amend their subscription via our online portal.
3. Subscription Plans
3.1 Plan Options:
We currently offer a monthly subscription plan.
3.2 Customisation:
Subscribers may customise their plans, including selecting coffee type (caffeinated or decaffeinated and grind size, subject to availability.
3.3 Changes to Plans:
We reserve the right to update or modify subscription plans, including pricing and features, with prior notice to subscribers.
4. Payment
4.1 Billing Cycle:
Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis according to the selected plan (e.g., monthly).
4.2 Payment Methods:
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other options as specified during sign-up. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
4.3 Failed Payments:
If payment fails, we will notify you, and your subscription may be paused or canceled if payment is not resolved.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees may be included or charged separately based on the subscription plan.
5.2 Delivery Locations:
Subscriptions are available for delivery to eligible addresses as specified during registration.
5.3 Delivery Times:
We strive to deliver orders within the specified timeframe but are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
6. Subscription Management
6.1 Account Changes:
Subscribers can update personal details, preferences, and shipping addresses via their account dashboard.
6.2 Pausing or Canceling:
Subscriptions can be paused or canceled at any time through the account dashboard, subject to our cancellation policy (see Section 7).
7. Cancellation Policy
7.1 Notice Period:
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming period.
7.2 Refunds:
Refunds are not available for delivered products. If a cancellation request is made after payment but before shipment, a refund may be issued, dependent on if your order can be cancelled.
8. Quality Assurance
We take pride in delivering high-quality coffee. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or credit.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By subscribing, you consent to the collection and use of your information.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the subscription service, including delays or interruptions caused by third parties.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
